Because the sales guys at my company are morons, I had to spend most of the morning fixing stuff that wasn't really broken! What a waste of time. Oh well, at least their stupidity keeps me employed.

I wanna kill my contractor... my home has been in renovation since early May, he promised to be done mid July and lord behold he still isn't finished... because of this I can't hook up any of my consoles due to him not completing the room I plan on installing everything and I've missed little over 3 months of gaming.... RRRRRAAAAWWWRRRR!!! LOL!!! good news is, he said "he'd be done this saturday" I'll believe it when I see it... LOL!!! until then I'm ghost folks... LOL!!!

When dealing with contractors, always add about 2 weeks extra to any job. Rule of thumb.

So, a few weeks ago i talked to my boss and we talked about when sept rolls around saying i can only work fri and sat's cause im going back to school for a semester to finish off a few things and i really wanna focus and get a good AVG. for when i apply to college or university and sundays would be my one day off a week from school and work so i can just relax and hangout with friends. my boss completely agreed with me and understood. so, yesterday i talked with my other boss (i have 2 bosses) just to remind them about sept( they kind of forget about stuff like that) anyways he said "ohh but we need you to do 4or 5 days a week" i said no....i have school and i'd really like to focus on it....the last time i was doing 5 day weeks with school was really tough and too much" he's like ohh well maybe late oct early November we can just put you on weekends cause afterll school doesnt pick up for a month or 2 anyways.....i'm like" uhm....it picks up within the first week...." he's like ohh...well but we still need you....i said well in jan when im done i can work full time he was ecstatic about that...anyways i told him the fall is usually a busy time for me with many events i have to attend to 3 alone in sept (i work in the food industry so sat's are a bitch to get off) and all of the events are on fri-sat...that completely made me mad at the fact that they are going to put me on 5 day weeks with school....i might not stay there for much longer they really fuck people over and it's pissing me off.

@Jux, I have been having quite the laugh reading that thread. Future ammo for you, Blizzard also releases lots of free content for WOW...only charge for retail boxed expansions, which are quite huge. Burning Crusade and the like, but they release many content patches between boxed retail releases that have new raids, dungeons, and quests which expand the game no matter your play style.

What!? It was deleted!? Well now that makes me want to rage! It's such a pain in the ass to actually make a post! For my post I originally dislike my first presentation and so scrapped it but then when I was finished it still kept some of it so I had to edit that out and I can't even space my paragraphs at all! I know how discouraged people get when they see a poorly formatted wall of text and I can't even prevent it!
The spell check, which I use very heavily since my mental spelling sucks, is really annoying since I spell check on the fly with Firefox I just right-click and pick the correct altercation. I wanted to hyperlink but there were so many fields I had to fill in that I decided to hell with it I will post the link and hope people will copy and paste it. I'm happy I didn't need to bold anything or else I might have accidentlly caused a nuclear meltdown or something.
Oh, and my post in a nutshell was me defining the term Juxtapose since I couldn't tell if that troll was blatantly misspelling your name wrong or if he had no idea what Juxtaposition is. I then pointed out how applicable it was and then stated my opinion on the DLC. My opinion was that if I really liked the character I would not mind forking over 400 MSP but no way would I pay for a costume change.
To add to my deleted post since I'm here: While I don't have Mortal Kombat I do have MvC3 which is worse since characters cost 400 MSP each and so does a costume pack. Not only that if I want all the new characters I have to buy a damn new game. Frankly only Jill has me interested at all but I kinda don't feel like spending money on a character I won't be constantly using anyways...

Yeah, looks like a mod nixed the thread, and FmW CRoW was misspelling my Gamertag deliberately. He was, of course, trying to get a rage out of me which never works ;).
Yeah, there's only one Costume Pack so far in Mortal Kombat, but it's also 400 Microsoft Points. I'd be interested in the DLC character Rain if they _heavily_ discount him.

I am so frakking sore today, holyy. Was kind of sore yesterday too. I've got two humongous welts/bruises on my legs from the stairs yesterday, my neck is totally sore on one side for whatever reason, my right leg hurts a lot and I can't move it very high up probably from yesterday, and I cut my pinky toe something good yesterday as well which is really painful. My side also really hurts.
Not to mention I have a stupid new store orientation tomorrow with all the new hirees. We get to do scavenger hunts to learn the new store, wheee. I wrote "1230 - 5 ORIENTATION" in my dayplanner for today, so now Im really confused as to whether or not I thought today was the 1-5 new hiree orientation and wrote it wrong. I already did my in-store training, so I have to call them, but if nobody is there who can answer me, I'd have to actually go in to the new store to ask them because they deon't have phones set up. New neighbours are total assholes. We were getting our internet/phone/tv company to fix the telephone wire at the very back corner of OUR yard (right beside the fence in theirs but it was OUR yard), a few weeks ago 'cause the box wasn't working, and the guy tells my mum that the neighbour was all rude and was like "are you going to be finished soon cause ive got company coming over". Fuck you buddy, you just moved here and this is OUR service, so don't you be complaining to the dude you dick.
We also just got a letter today about how our cat is "running at large", and if she's complained about again then animal control will trap her and bring her back (my mum says she'll just get them to keep her if they catch her). we've been letting her out since we got this house (5 years ago? they moved in maybe a month ago, a little longer), and NOBODY has said a thing about her. She always runs out and we usually try not to let her out but if we don't she's a psycho bitch.
I haven't talked to the neighbour yet but he is now a douche in my book. -

i have allot of old people around my are some are nice some are just well old people...theyve told my brother and his friends to quiet down at 730 and to go inside....i always get some of the nasrtiest looks from some of them :p but w.e im outa this place in less than a year now

I have no problems with my neighbours, they're all quite except for the people across from our backyard. I'm thinking this will only be a summer thing. The parents basically leave their kids outside, and when they want back in, they ignore them, and the kids start screaming like mad. Pisses me off when I'm trying to do things. Their patio door is right in the kitchen, so whenever I go out in the yard, and the mom is doing shit in the kitchen, she's fucking scoping me out like I'm about to bury a body or some shit. Mind your own business, bitch.

Bought the PS3 MOVE. What an epic peice of crap!! I thought maybe since it was for the PS3, it would be some high-tech technology only to discover that they basically took the WII remote and put a black Sony cover over it. Tried using the xmb dashboard with it, pfff yeah right. U move the the controller a few inches to the left or right, and it scrolls really fast. Can never get it to where u want it. Pointless!!!
Also bought the Sharpshooter as well. Not impressed at all. Maybe i didnt inject enough steriods in my shoulder to hold this thing steady for more than 5 minutes. Its fairly heavy, especially in the front where the MOve and Nav controller sit. And if u put it down to rest ur burning, tired shoulder, the "eye cam" no longer recgonizes it, and u could lose its calibration.
And dont get me started on calibrating this thing. It doesnt work right. Ive tried everything, and cant get the "up" calibration right. I literally have to point to the ceiling for it to reach the top portion of the TV. Dont have any problems with the Wii, just the PS3 Move. I used to rent the guncon for my PS1, and its far more accurate, and that was like over 10 yrs ago!!! In fact, my Lethal Enforcers game w/lightgun for my SNES was better. Sad.
Ive tried playing Socom 4 and Killzone 3, and it sucks. Some say it can take a few hours to get used to it. R u kidding, ill get bored in a few hours!!!! Its not intuitive at all. U have to pause and think before u want to do anything. Headshots, yeah right. I cant hold it steady enough. U really have to use aim assist in KZ3 and in Socom, ur shit out of luck cause there is no aim assist. Be prepared to spend as much time on the options and calibrating screen than the actual game.
Sorry for the long post, but im absoluty shocked at how bad this Move peripheral is. When i bought my PS3 a month ago, and started playing exclusives, i felt like i jumped into a more advanced gaming system. Now thats ive bought the MOve, i feel like im back in the 90's.
Also, saw the list of games coming out. What list?? Oh yeah, any recognizable game on the list is "TBA" and any game that has a actual release date is pretty much shovelware. Basically what im saying is: Looks like very little support for this.
BEWARE. ITS FUCKING PRICEY TOO!!!! I swear the Kinect is starting to look like its from the future compared to the MOVE.

My friend on PS3 asked me to play F.E.A.R. 2 against him last night, and I said no, because I don't enjoy playing it VERSUS him (he's like, pro at the game).
Every time I do, he just kills me over and over, within like, 30 seconds, which isn't fun at all, and when people go easy on you, it still isn't fun, so I said no.
Well, now he's being all bitchy and is mad because I said I didn't like playing against him...

@Ninja I have the Move...at first I thought it was neat...I got the package with the camera, Move and Sports Champions...and I still enjoy Sports Champions, but it doesn't get much use lately, I have tried it with Killzone 3 and Socom 4...found it tough to get used to it...too bad cause it could be a cool device

Possible spoilers to Arkham City in this post. All over game sites anyway, but hey, if you don't frequent those sites, maybe you don't know.
I'm tired of video game sites spoiling parts of games right in the head lines for articles.
Look, maybe this whole 'Joker Dies In the first act of Arkham City or does he' deal isn't a major plot point of the game, but it would have come as a surprise to me to witness it first hand while playing.
Instead now I'm going to wondering.. when is it going to happen? Is this the part they're talking about?
I go to sites for news about games, not news about the fucking story. An overarching plot point is fine to talk about. Batman is in Arkham, a bunch of villains are there, here are some of them... he has some new weapons, here are some of them.
How much detail do you really need?
