Steam Summer Sales 2012

I figured this might need a thread. A lot of people have been waiting impatiently for the Summer Sales to finally start, and we've seen nothing yet. Well, my friends... Valve has shed some light on the situation, and the following link pretty much says when it's going to be happening.

Thinking about the 2k bundle. I will probably wait the sale out and pick off cheap single games as they come.

Yes. Yes they do. But I'm playing 2 MMOs right now which have been keeping me occupied very well. Tera and Secret World. Also, Blacklight Retribution is my shooter of choice, since its free to play.

I'm going to try and contain myself when it comes to buying games this year. I already have a huge backlog of Steam games to play, I don't really want to add more to the list.

I actually have that same issue Whorror...the only decent game on the sale that I don't own is MW3.

I cracked and bought the Max Payne Collection, Binding of Isaac, and the Penumbra Collection. It wasn't on sale, but I also pre-ordered Torchlight II.

I am still holding off. I was tempted to buy Max Payne collection and Binding of Isaac but forced myself away from the page.

@Lactos I have the base game already so I think I will just get the DLC for 70 cents or whatever low price it is at. I was thinking of getting the collection for my dad since he needs some games to play once his GPU comes in.

I'm thinking of buying Gotham City Imposters for $5. That's definitely worth it, but I'm gonna wait until the end of the night to see if I get it gifted first. XD

There is only 1 and 2 Special Editions XD
Not exactly a part of the Steam sale, but they finally put Dark Souls up for pre-order today and I pre-purchased the living shit out of it.
