^ it already was in that land via a black market. It's just smarter now. It's still a game but it's controlling the pirating industry. Not too sure what's wrong about that. You don't have to use it. No one is making you. Also there is in game currency Auction house too.

Truth be told, I'm more excited about the other two games, but that's not a comment on Diablo III's quality (based on beta.)
